Does Permafrost have to be added to my A/C system every year?
In most cases No, Permafrost is a one time application that last for the life of you system.
The only time you need to add more permafrost is in a large commercial chiller. You would need to add 5% of the original amount when you change the oil.
Can Permafrost damage my A/C system?
No, Permafrost actually prevents damage by increasing seal integrity, preventing oil migration and reducing friction (wear & tear).
Can Permafrost leak out of my A/C system?
No, Permafrost is absorbed in the micro pores of the metal in you’re A/C system. Even if all of your refrigerant leaks out, Permafrost is still attached to the metal in side of you’re A/C system.
Will adding Permafrost to my A/C void my warranty?
No, Permafrost does not void any manufactures warranties. Permafrost also gives its own Guaranty & warranty. Permafrost is guarantied to be free of defects and any compressor treated with Permafrost is warranted against failure of components if such failure is caused by the product. This warranty runs concurrently with any existing factory warranty or for one (1) year if no factory warranty is in effect.
